PM 'congratules' Marcus Rashford on campaign for free meals

Prime Minister Boris Johnson says he has spoken to Marcus Rashford to congratulate him on his campaign for free meal vouchers for schoolchildren over the summer holidays.He adds he thanked the Manchester United footballer for "what he's done".
