Ex Autonomy CFO denied reduction in prison sentence
The former finance chief of the scandal-hit software company Autonomy will report to US prison for a five-year sentence later this month, nine years after the company’s $11.7bn (£9.1bn) sale to Hewlett Packard. A judge in San Francisco denied Sushovan Hussain’s attempt to have his sentence for fraud reduced, and said he must report to a low-security facility in Pennsylvania by October 28.
