David Chipperfield hired to transform old brewery in central Berlin
A German collector and medical technology billionaire has hired the British architect David Chipperfield to restore and develop a masterplan for a former brewery turned cultural complex in central Berlin. Hans Georg Näder bought the 19th-century Bötzow Brewery in 2010. The venue already hosts art exhibitions, including one on Neo Rauch (until 15 March).
