Bowie blockbuster opens its doors for grieving devotees

The blockbusting retrospective of David Bowie’s career opened at the Groninger Museum in The Netherlands last month (David Bowie Is, until 13 March). It is a timely monument to the man who straddled music, fashion and art for more than 40 years. The museum is usually closed on Mondays but opened its doors today (11 January) so that fans can pay homage to the late Thin White Duke.
