MINSK, 3 May (BelTA) – Kostroma regional newspaper Severnaya Pravda and the newspaper Zvyazda plan to sign a cooperation agreement during the 22nd Mass Media in Belarus expo, director of the Kostroma newspaper Aleksei Andreyev told BelTA.
