Lagos State Chief Judge, Justice Oluwafunmilayo Atilade, on Thursday granted freedom to 43 underage inmates of Ikoyi Prison, Lagos. However, 12 of the freed inmates were not handed over to officials of the State's Ministry of Youths and Social Welfare.
