Ebonyi Assembly Chief Whip ducked for certificate forgery

The Chief Whip of Ebonyi State House of Assembly, Chike Imo Ogiji, has been arraigned by the Police at a Magistrate Court in the Abakaliki district for alleged certificate forgery.
