Some UAH 2 billion from various sources of financing was spent to restore infrastructure in Donetsk region in 2016, Head of Donetsk Military and Civil Administration Pavlo Zhebrivsky has said. "Last year this [restoration of infrastructure] cost UAH 2 billion.
