Troops repel bandits’ attack on construction workers in Kebbi

By Haruna Aliyu, Birnin KebbiTroops of the Nigerian Army have repelled an attack by suspected bandits on construction workers at Tsatsunbe village in Southern Kebbi State, rescuing the workers and recovering three motorcycles abandoned by the attackers.The incident occurred on Friday, August 14, 2026, following a tip-off about an attack on the workers by the terrorists.The spokesman for the 8 Division, Nigerian Army, Lt. Col. Olaniyi Osoba, disclosed this to our correspondent on Saturday.Osoba
