NASS calls ₦11.8bn livestock budget too low to address Nigerians' yearnings

National Assembly Joint Committee on Livestock Development has described as inadequate, the ₦11.8 billion budgetary estimate for the take-off of the newly established Federal Ministry of Livestock Development.
