Gov Ododo bans night arrests in Kogi

GOVERNOR Ahmed Usman Ododo of Kogi State yesterday banned night arrests across the state, warning security operatives to desist from invading homes under the cover of darkness.
The governor gave the order while addressing first-class chiefs at the Banquet Hall of the Government House, Lokoja, in what stakeholders described as one of his strongest pro-people security pronouncements.
