Fubara fights back, asks Appeal Court to quash order stopping Rivers allocations
Governor Siminalayi Fubara, on Friday, prayed to the Court of Appeal to set aside the judgment that barred the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) from releasing monthly allocations to Rivers.
