Bokkos attack: IGP deploys AIG, tactical teams to Plateau

By Golok NanmwaJOS—Inspector-General of Police, Olatunji Disu, has deployed the Assistant Inspector-General of Police, in charge of Zone 4 Headquarters, Makurdi, Dankombo Morris, to Plateau State, following the recent attack on Kawel community, in Mushere District of Bokkos Local Government Area.
The deployment is part of efforts to assess the security situation on the ground, restore peace and prevent further attacks in the area.
