Leclerc: Ferrari's rivals have taken 'big steps'

Charles Leclerc has admitted Ferrari no longer had the best chassis in Formula 1 and that he was running the team's upgraded engine at the Azerbaijan Grand Prix, its fifth straight race without a podium finish.
