Antonelli feeling 'tense' on cusp of world title

A tense, unwell and tired Kimi Antonelli has said he will "bombard myself with melatonin" to ensure himself a full night's sleep before the Mexico City Grand Prix, where he can become Formula 1's youngest world champion on Sunday.
