PL panel: Maguire goal vs. Ipswich right to stand

The Premier League's Key Match Incidents (KMI) panel has said the decision to allow a Man United goal against Ipswich after an apparent handball by Maguire was correct and added that VAR should have intervened to award Arsenal a penalty against Villa.
