Budget meet cancelled as mayor wants changes

Navi Mumbai: Approvals from the standing committee and the general body for the Rs 3,000-crore budget may not come through easily, said civic sources. A meeting scheduled for discussing the budget on Monday was cancelled but no reason was given.
