Moradabad: A clerk at Uttar Pradesh Avas Vikas Parishad was arrested by Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) officials for allegedly accepting a bribe of Rs 20,000 from a woman in lieu of providing her a house under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.
