Most universities in Kolkata want offline exams

Nearly all the major universities in Kolkata will conduct offline exams despite some students’ unions’ demand for online tests. The executive councils of Jadavpur University and Rabindra Bharati University decided on Monday to conduct pen-and-paper tests.
