Kolkata: KMRC to set up grievance cell on Durga Pithuri Lane

KMRC will set up a “facilitating centre” or grievance cell, advised by mayor Firhad Hakim at Durga Pithuri Lane on Monday. “Our officials will be sitting there for three or four hours every day to listen to grievances of the affected residents.
