Extortion case: Absconding TMC councillor Sushanta Ghosh's right-hand man arrested; attacked with eggs

Kolkata police apprehended Sujit Kumar Pal, alias Bachchan, a close aide of absconding Kasba councillor Sushanta Ghosh, at the airport. Ghosh is wanted following hawkers' extortion complaints, with an alleged Rs 3 crore racket linked to illegal shop setups near Ruby crossing.
