Bengal rape-murder: Prime accused held, arrests rise to 3; SIT formed

West Bengal Police arrested the key accused, Anand Sardar, in Baruipur. This arrest brings the total number of individuals apprehended to three. The victim, missing since July 4, was found dead in a sack. Police added gangrape charges and remanded two earlier accused to custody. A Special Investigation Team is probing the ongoing investigation.
