Radical Sikh preacher Baljit Singh Daduwal met Uttarakhand's Congress chief minister Harish Rawat for reconstruction of a historical gurdwara in Haridwar that was demolished in the 1984 riots on Saturday, and reportedly got an assurance for it too.
