RAJKOT: A 40-year-old contractual driver attached to Kutch collector office, Jayesh Parmar, was arrested on Friday for allegedly murdering a woman, Kamla Gadhvi, 38, whose body was found lying with severe head injuries near Bhuj on June 1.
