Twitter suffers brief outage in India

Micro-blogging website Twitter suffered a brief outage in India today. The Twitter app however, seemed to be working fine on smartphones.

While the reason for the outage is not clear, we will have to wait for an official statement to know whether the outage was global. Twitter site, during the downtime, did not reload, despite refreshing several times.
