The responses to TRAI’s latest paper TSP-Agnostic platforms for free data are now public, and here’s a look the responses of the the key stakeholders.
The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has put out the comments for its paper on TSP-Agnostic platforms for free data. TRAI released the paper on May 19, asking if it was possible to have zero-rating platforms in India not controlled by the telecom service providers.
