Telegram introduces 1000 member Supergroups, group admin feature

Telegram now allows for Supergroups with 1000 members.
Telegram has added new features which includes the addition of a Supergroup option. The secure messaging app had earlier hit the headlines over reports that it was being used by ISIS to spread their propaganda.
