Swatch to launch Swiss smartwatch operating system by 2018

The world#39;s biggest watchmaker has been sceptical about smartwatches, which use systems like Google#39;s Android Wear, Samsung#39;s Tizen OS and Apple#39;s WatchOS to connect to the internet.
