Ringing Bells now accepting cash on delivery for Freedom 251

Freedom 251 mobile buyers now have the option of cash on delivery, claims the company Ringing Bells.
Ringing Bells says it is now accepting cash on delivery payments from those who have placed an order for the Freedom 251 smartphones. The company says that the offer will be available to the first 25 lakh customers who had registered for the smartphone.
