PC shipments dip 10% in EMEA region in Q1 of 2016: Gartner

Gartner said while decline in EMEA PC market was similar to the 9.6 per cent fall worldwide, there were some differences in the region. Personal computer shipments in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) declined by 10 per cent to 19.5 million units in the first quarter this year, preliminary results by Gartner showed today.
Such shipments in the region stood at 21.6 million units in the same period last year.
