Operator billing: Now pay for apps on Google Play via Idea Cellular Account

Idea says both prepaid and postpaid users can pay apps or in-app features directly using Idea accounts.
Idea users can now pay for apps, games and books on Google Play directly through their postpaid and prepaid accounts. The in-build operator billing feature also extends to in-app purchases.
The cost of the app will be deducted from monthly bills of a postpaid user. Prepaid users can directly pay for the apps through their phone balance.
