Microsoft to stop supporting older versions on new processors

In a bid to push its latest Windows 10 operating system to enterprise users and have users make the switch, the software giant has revealed that it would stop supporting older Windows versions on new processors. Which simply means users would not be able to run Windows 8 or older versions on new processors.
