Logitech International buys Jaybird for $50 million

Swiss global provider of personal computer and tablets accessories, Logitech International, has acquired audio device maker Jaybird for USD 50 million in cash.
The two companies announced the acquisition on Tuesday, the Verge reports.
The acquisition is centered largely around the growth of audio and music-listening products, an official statement from Logitech said.
