HTC today introduced another 5.5-inch phablet in the Indian market called Desire 728 Dual SIM for Rs 17,990. Powered by HTC’s BoomSound stereo speakers, the Desire 728 offers a 5.5-inch 720p HD display and is powered by a 1.3GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6753 processor with 2GB RAM and 16GB ROM with support for microSD card.
