Error 53: Apple says sorry, releases new update to fix bricked iPhones

Apple has started fixing Error 53 with a new iOS update that needs to be download via iTunes
Apple is officially rolling out iOS 9.2.1 for iPhone users who update their devices via iTunes only. The update restores iPhone disabled by Error 53, and will also prevent future iPhones that have either the Touch ID home button or the cable replaced by third-party from getting bricked.
