Angry Birds creator Rovio appoints woman CEO
Rovio, the Finnish maker of the hugely popular Angry Birds mobile game, has appointed Kati Levoranta as its first woman chief executive officer, the company announced.
Levoranta, who has served as Rovio’s legal director and head of European sales, will on January 1 replace Pekka Rantala, who will step down after just one year.
