UP Elections Live: Phase 3 Voting Begins For 69 Constituencies

The third phase of Uttar Pradesh assembly elections begins on Sunday. The third phase will cover 69 assembly seats across 12 districts. The state will go through seven phases of polling, last phase being on March 8. The results will be declared on March 11.
