A host of serving NSE officials was also named in the case and have been exonerated. They are Mayur Sindhwad, chief operating officer (Trading), Sankarson Banerjee, CTO-Projects, G Shenoy, CTO-Operations and Suprabhat Lala, VP-Regulations.
