SC to hear Centre's plea on Vodafone arbitration today

Additional solicitor general Maninder Singh informed a bench headed by Chief Justice Dipak Misra that Vodafone had first initiated arbitration against the government in April 2012 invoking the India-Netherlands Bilateral Investment Protection Agreement (BIPA).
