Prashant Jhawar forced out as Usha Martin chairman

A boardroom battle in Kolkata-based Usha Martin on Tuesday witnessed Prashant Jhawar, the chairman and one of the main promoters of the wire rope and speciality steel manufacturing firm, being removed by the board with the support of lenders.
