Gautam Singhania resigns as Raymond Apparel chairman

The company has appointed Nirvik Singh as the non-executive chairman and Anshu Sarin has non-executive director along with Gautam Trivedi, who has joined as an independent director. Commenting on the new appointments, Singhania said, "I have always believed in setting the highest standard of governance and have always advocated running the business professionally."
