Woman misses relative's funeral as her flight gets delayed due to VVIP movement

In yet another instance of VVIP movement grounding the common man, a woman missed her relative's funeral in Patna on Tuesday as her flight from Imphal took off with a two-hour delay. The reason: civilian flight movement there was closed for some time on Tuesday afternoon as President Ramnath Kovind was about to land in the Manipur capital.
