VHP reciprocates Muslims' pro-peace gesture before Ayodhya verdict

The VHP announced cancellation of all its programmes proposed after the Ayodhya land dispute ruling by the SC. "We have cancelled all our programmes and gatherings of Hindu workers," a VHP UP spokesperson said. Muslim parties to the title suit earlier had announced deferring construction of mosque at the disputed site in Ayodhya if the verdict goes in their favour.
