UPA’s failures raised doubts over multi-party democracy, says Amit Shah

The despondency and disappointment in 2013 prior to the Modi government assuming power had raised questions in the minds of the public over the efficacy of the multi-party democracy, said home minister Amit Shah. He alleged that the UPA's failures soured the national mood.
