PM Narendra Modi’s ‘hollow’ address to chowkidars lacked ‘punch and content’: Shatrughan Sinha

Shatrughan Sinha questioned the practicality of PM Narendra Modi address to 25 lakh chowkidars and added that his “hollow” address “lacked punch and content”. "However Sir, it's not important that you address them in lakhs/hundreds, your rhetoric (were quite hollow. Lacking punch/content). What was important was to address their plight, enhance their lifestyle​," he added.
