Mizoram polls: Counting to begin amid elaborate security arrangements on Tuesday

Counting of votes for the 40-member Mizoram Assembly will begin from 8 am on Tuesday amid elaborate security arrangements. The election was held on November 28 and its result will decide whether chief minister Lal Thanhawla of the Congress will be able to return for a third consecutive term in office.
