Delhi riots: SC refuses to stay bail granted to 3 activists, to examine HC order on anti-terror law

The Supreme Court on Friday refused to stay the Delhi high court order granting bail to 3 student activists- Natasha Narwal, Devangana Kalita and Asif Iqbal Tanha - in the northeast Delhi riots conspiracy case. The release of respondents (accused) will not be interfered with at this stage. It will be subject to the final order, the Supreme Court said.
