Women's baseball World Cup: Canada shut out by Japan in final

Canada matched its best-ever result in an international tournament with a silver medal at the women's baseball World Cup on Sunday. Japanese pitcher Ayami Sato went the distance in a 10-0 victory for its fifth consecutive title.
