Wiggins, lowly T-Wolves beat Raptors entering all-star break

Karl-Anthony Towns had 35 points and the Minnesota Timberwolves came back from 18 points down to stun Toronto 117-112 on Wednesday night. Canadian star Andrew Wiggins scored 13 of his 26 points in the fourth quarter.
