Whitecaps down Dynamo to clinch 1st-round bye

Kekuta Manneh and Kendall Waston scored in the second half Sunday as the Vancouver Whitecaps clinched second place in Major League Soccer's Western Conference in Sunday's 3-0 victory over the Houston Dynamo on the final day of the regular season.
